The Candor American Legion will be celebrating the life of a Candor woman who passed away unexpectedly over the weekend. 38-year-old Veronica Foster passed away on Sunday. She is survived by her father, two brothers, two sisters, two children, along with a very large extended family. On Friday, April 18th, beginning at noon, the Candor Legion will be holding an auxiliary service immediately followed by a short prayer service. A luncheon will follow the service, and any food donations can be dropped off at the Legion on Thursday evening or on Friday morning beginning at 9 o’clock.
