The Tompkins County Sheriff’s Office is investigating car break-ins following funeral services for an 11-year-old Dryden student. Authorities say that at least four vehicles were broken into following funeral services for 11-year-old Kylee Wacht at the VFW in Dryden. Wacht died earlier this month after being struck by a passing motorist on an unlit road. Authorities say that car windows were shattered to gain entry. Over $700 in donations for the family were stolen. No additional information is available at this time.
