The Tioga United Way’s 2nd annual “Dancing United with the Starz” fundraising event is a little over two weeks away. The fundraiser is being held at the Owego Treadway from 5-7pm on November 5th. The event is now sold out, however, you can still donate and vote for your favorite dancer by visiting TiogaUnitedWay.com.
