Eight people were arrested in Delaware County as a part of a series of narcotics investigations.
23-year-old Miguel Santiago of Stamford, 30-year-old Gerard Johnson of Walton, and 24-year-old Mandi Stratton of Walton, are all accused of selling heroin. Johnson and Jessica Woodcock have been charged with endangering the welfare of a child for having a child present during a heroin sale. Authorities also arrested four other people for allegedly selling prescription drugs: 45-year-old Nancy Tomano of Sidney, 20-year-old Jordan King of Unadilla, 56-year-old Kim Chlad of Sherburne, and 25-year-old Sande Lower of Oneonta. Deputies say they continue to crack down on illegal drugs and that more arrests are pending.
