An Endicott man is now facing federal child pornography charges. 58-year-old Richard Squires was already facing state charges, but is now facing federal counts after he was accused of taking inappropriate pictures and videos of three teenage girls during a sleepover four years ago. The girls told FBI agents that Squires forced them to do inappropriate activities during a game of truth or dare. Squires remains in the Broome County Jail without bail. He was arrested by Endicott Police on April 14.
