A two car accident on I-81 northbound in Kirkwood has resulted in a fatality.
The accident occurred on Monday at about 4:30PM near mile marker six.
New York State Police are not yet able to release the identity of the person killed.
A second person was taken to Wilson Regional Medical Center with minor injuries.
