If you live in New York and plan on purchasing health insurance through the state health insurance marketplace, you have until Thursday to sign up in order to begin receiving coverage on January 1st.
If you miss the Thursday deadline, you can still sign up through January 31st, however, your coverage won’t begin until later in 2017. To sign up, visit: NYStateOfHealth.NY.Gov.
