Four people have been arrested for heroin possession in Norwich. Police searched a home at 7-B State Street late Wednesday night and found a large quantity of heroin during the search. Investigators believe the heroin was being sold to Norwich from the Southern Tier area. 25-year-old Ashley Babcock of Norwich, 35-year-old Eneth Davenport, also of Norwich, 28-year-old Randy Buck of Sherburne, and 24-year-old Michael Marshall of Vestal have all been arrested and charged with three misdemeanors in relation to the drugs. They were arraigned on Thursday in Norwich City Court.
