Four people have been charged in connection with a shooting which occurred earlier this month. 31-year-old Joseph Spencer, 23-year-old Chelsie Boyce, 30-year-old Joseph Wolcott Jr, and 29-year-old Brian Stevens, all of Binghamton, were arrested on charges of reckless endangerment and criminal mischief. The four are said to have fired a gunshot into the kitchen window of a home on Route 79 in the Town of Chenango. After arraignment, the four suspects were sent to the Broome County Jail.
