The Town of Owego will start paving Halstead Avenue at 7 AM tomorrow. All vehicles parked on the street must be removed prior to 7 AM., according to Highway Superintendent Jeff Soules. There will be no driveway access after that time and all vehicles remaining on the street will be towed at their owners’ expense. Drivers should be able to park on the street again by 5 p.m. For more information, you can contact Soules at 687-1101.
