A man has been arrested in connection to the death of a Montrose man in Susquehanna County. Pennsylvania State Police have charged 22-year-old Paul Paci Jr., of Dallas, Pennsylvania, with an open count of homicide. 31-year-old Russel Fauver, of Montrose, was found along Township Route 510 in Jessup Township in the early morning Wednesday. Fauver and Paci are believed to have had a confrontation earlier in that night, and police say Paci followed Fauver in his car following the dispute. Police allege that Paci assaulted Fauver and then left the scene. Fauver was found and taken to a nearby hospital where he was later pronounced dead from his injuries.
