An Ithaca woman is one of three people being charged with murder after human remains were found on a property in North Carolina. 29-year-old Nakijah Howard and two other men are accused of dumping the body on the property over a month ago. The body has not yet been identified, but authorities believe robbery is the motive behind the killing.
