The sentencing date for former State Senator Tom Libous has been pushed back. The change in date comes after Libous’ attorney wrote to U.S. District Judge Vincent Briccetti, informing the judge that Libous is scheduled for his last treatment of chemotherapy on October 28th. Sentencing for Libous was originally scheduled for October 30th, but has since been pushed back to November 24th.
