The man arrested in connection to the shooting at Patrick’s Bar in Elmira bar in July has been indicted on 9 charges. 27-year-old Zecary Banks was indicted on charges ranging from attempted murder and assault, to criminal possession of a weapon. Five people were injured in the shooting. Four of the victims have been released from the hospital, the other is still undergoing therapy. The U.S. Marshall’s service arrested Banks in Charlotte, North Carolina earlier this month. Banks is due back in court at a later date.
