A Tompkins County man was killed in a farming accident on Tuesday. Sheriff’s deputies say a 30-year-old man was working at a farm on Bostwick Road in Ithaca on Tuesday afternoon. According to investigators, the man became tangled up in a piece of equipment. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The victim’s name has not yet been released, and the investigation of the incident is ongoing.
