The murder charge against Cal Harris will remain after a Schoharie County judge denied a motion yesterday. He is scheduled to be tried for the fourth time beginning on March 2. His latest trial ended in a hung jury earlier this year and the Harris defense team wanted the murder charge thrown out based on insufficient evidence. That motion was denied yesterday.Harris is accused of killing his wife, Michele, in 2001. The trial is scheduled to be held once again in Schoharie County Court.
