Pennsylvania State Police have released the names of the victims in a double-fatal car crash in Bradford County yesterday. 69-year-old Joan Fiscus and 45-year-old Janet Marie Alvoid were pronounced dead at the scene of the accident on East Hornbrook Road in Sheshequin Township. The accident is said to have occurred after the vehicle went off of the road and hit a tree. Three other individuals were injured in the crash as well. 46-year-old Paul Scott Burgess, 18-year-old Edward Burgess, and 19-year-old Matthew Burgess were sent to Robert Packer Hospital for their injuries. Authorities are still investigating why the vehicle left the roadway.
