Cal Harris is facing two new charges in Oneonta in connection with an alleged stalking incident from last year. Harris was accused of stalking a state police investigator in Oneonta last June. He pleaded not guilty to new charges of menacing and harassment in Town of Oneonta Court this morning. Harris is scheduled to return to court on April 19.
