An Owego Free Academy senior has received a $3,000 scholarship from SUEZ and the New York Chapter of the National Association of Water Companies. Gary King was honored during a dinner in West Point. He will be majoring in Environmental Engineering at the SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry next year and hopes to someday develop cleaner sources of water and energy in under-developed countries. SUEZ owns the water companies locally in Owego and Nichols.
