Pennsylvania State Police are trying to find a 63-year-old man. Police say Joseph Mulligan, a resident of the Woodview Terrace Personal Care Home, walked away from the home on Tuesday, June 18. Woodview Terrace is located at 803 Carlton Road in Tobyhanna, PA. Police say the man is white, about 5’9” tall, and 148 pounds. He has gray hair and brown eyes.
He was last seen wearing a black knit sweater and light blue pants. Anyone who has information on Mulligan or knows of his whereabouts is asked to contact Pennsylvania State Police in Honesdale at 570-253-7126.
