The man involved in a shots fired incident in Coopertown on Monday was captured by police in Virginia today. 62-year-old Barry Renert allegedly walked into a baseball memorabilia shop near the baseball Hall of Fame, a shop where Renert had formerly worked, and threatened the owner with a gun. The owner fired at Renert in self-defense. Neither man was hurt. Renert was arrested in Richmond, Virginia by city police today after he fled the scene in Cooperstown on Monday.
