Congratulations to the River Rock Diner on being named this month’s Spotlight on Business by the Tioga County Chamber of Commerce. River Rock is open seven days a week for breakfast and lunch as well as Thursday and Friday nights for dinner on Route 17C in Owego across from Tioga State Bank. The Chamber has also announced that their annual dinner and community awards celebration will be held on Feb. 9 at Tioga Downs. Reservations are due by next Thursday.
