Senator Tom Libous says that he feels New York will have their budget submitted on time for the first time in a few years. The State Senator who serves Broome, Tioga and Cheango Counties says that in Albany they have kind of put the party politics aside and are working with Cuomo.

He added that getting the budget done on time is something that is good for the fiscal health of the state and they are making great promise. Senator Libous says that he is supporting the Governor not being interested in putting taxes in the budget and being willing to reduce spending.
