With Lights on the River coming up this Friday, the Owego Police Department is reminding residents that some streets in the Village will be closed to traffic. Lake Street, as well as, Main and Front Streets between Church and Court Streets will be closed to traffic from 4pm until 9pm on Friday. In addition, the Court Street bridge will be closed to traffic during the fireworks display which is scheduled to begin at 8pm on Friday.
