The Tioga County Rural Ministry will host their annual Super Bowl Pancake Breakfast on Sunday, Feb. 5 at Tioga Opportunities on Sheldon Guile Boulevard in Owego. The event will run from 8am to 12pm with pancakes, sausage, scrambled eggs, juice, coffee, and tea. There is no cost, but a free will donation will be collected.
