A Tennessee man has been convicted on charges that he planned to attack an Islamic community in Delaware County. 65-year-old Robert Doggart was found guilty on all four counts against him yesterday. Prosecutors say he stockpiled weapons and communicated with others on his plans to attack the Hamlet of Islamberg in 2015. The Muslim community is located between Deposit and Hancock. Doggart was arrested after he discussed his plans with a confidential informant. He will return to court for sentencing at a later date.
