The Tioga County Fair is set to kick off tomorrow at Marvin Park in Owego. The revamped fair runs Tuesday through Saturday, with a number of attractions, starting with a New York Sire Stakes horse race tomorrow and wrapping up with a sportsman’s day on Saturday.
