A Tioga Central School District guidance counselor has resigned after he allegedly drove to work drunk on Monday. 55-year-old Steven Gillule was arrested by New York State Police at the school building just after 9:30am Monday, and charged with misdemeanor DWI after his blood alcohol content was measured at 0.13 percent. His resignation was accepted during a special meeting of the Tioga Central School Board on Tuesday.
