Tioga Downs is expected to know whether or not they will be awarded a full Las Vegas style casino license, tomorrow. The State Gaming Commission will be voting on whether or not to award the license tomorrow, after Tioga Downs was recommended by the State Gaming Commission’s Facility Location Board over 10 months ago in October of 2015. Since the Facility Location Board’s recommendation, Tioga Downs has been building added facilities in anticipation of the full license.
