A Towanda man was arrested for allegedly selling bath salts. 57-year-old Donald Morgenstern was charged for possession of a controlled substance and delivery of a controlled substance. According to police, Morgenstern sold 3.4 grams of bath salts to a confidential informant back in October in a parking lot in Athens Township. He was arraigned over the weekend and sent to the Bradford County jail in lieu of $10,000 bail. He awaits a preliminary hearing next Tuesday.
