Tioga State Bank President and CEO Bob Fisher will once again serve as Policy Development Committee Chairman for the Independent Community Bankers of America Board of Directors this year. The ICBA serves as the nation’s voice for nearly 6,000 community banks of all sizes. Fisher also served as chairman of the committee last year. Tioga State Bank provides financial services from eleven locations across the Southern Tier.
