Broome County Sheriff Patrols made an arrest along State Route 17 in Windsor on Monday when they pulled over a vehicle after receiving several 911 complaints of the vehicle failing to maintain its own lane. A deputy pulled the vehicle over near Exit 78, and the driver showed signs of impairment. During the stop, a passenger was spotted with a white powdery substance on her shirt and nose. It was later determined that the driver, 21-year-old Zeeshan Balooch, was under the influence of various drugs, and the passenger, 22-year-old Nicole Yehezkel, was in possession of Ketamine.

More Ketamine and 34 bags of methamphetamine, packaged for sale, were found inside the car. Both Balooch and Yehezkel were taken to the Broome County jail without bail for multiple drug charges.
