State Police now say one of the people behind the wheel in a deadly two car crash in Chenango County on Sunday was just 15-years-old. The crash happened just before 2 a.m. Sunday on County Route 35 in the Town of Oxford. Police say a car driven by 15-year-old Brandy Smith, of Bainbridge, crossed over the center line into the path of a Caravan driven by 48-year-old David Clark, of Oxford. Both drivers were killed in the crash. One other person in the car and six others in the Caravan were injured and transported to local hospitals for treatment. Police made no comment on the driver of the car being under the legal driving age. The investigation continues.
