A Waverly man has been indicted on 10 counts of burglary in Tioga County Court. 30-year-old Joseph Sindoni was arrested following a police pursuit on April 7th. During his arrest, authorities say that they found numerous items reported stolen in a series of burglaries in March. The burglaries occurred between the dates of March 14 and March 27th around the Valley area. Sindoni is due back in Tioga County Court at a later date.
