A Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect for the Southern Tier until 11am. The National Weather Service says freezing rain and sleet will move into our region this morning, which could make for a slippery morning commute. WEBO Meteorologist Heather Morrison of Spectrum News says the winter mixture will change to all rain as temperatures rise into the mid-40s later today.
