A Wyalusing man is facing assault and harassment charges following a domestic dispute. 33-year-old David Terry was involved in an argument with his girlfriend when he allegedly assaulted her physically, causing bruising on both of her arms. Terry denied involvement in the assault and said it was just an argument. He was arraigned and released on $2,500 bail, and is set to appear in court next week for a preliminary hearing.
