The missing 14-year-old girl that was thought to be travelling to the Southern Tier has been located. She was found with Andres Perez. Authorities initially believed that the duo could come to the Southern Tier but were instead located in Jefferson County, which is near Watertown. Both were transported to Oswego, where Perez was turned over to parole officers. No charges have been filed against the teen at this time.
