New details are emerging on the relationship between the two men charged in the murder of 11-year old Jacelyn O’Connor.Chenango County District Attorney Joseph McBride says that the two men arrested and charged with the girl’s death are a couple. 36-year-old James Brower and 34-year-old Tobias Rundstrom-Wooding are both charged with First Degree Murder. Prosecutors say the girl was staying at 961 County Route 33 in the town of Norwich for an extended summer visit.In the complaint, prosecutors allege the men killed O’Connor on July 30 while they were raping or attempting to rape her.An attorney for Wooding has said his client “intends to fight this to the end.”
