Police in Otsego County have made an arrest in a double murder in Laurens, New York, just north of Oneonta, where 23-year-old Kevin Perry is alleged to have murdered his parents in their mobile home. A relative found the bodies of 59-year-old Timothy Perry and 52-year-old Solveige Perry. The relative also reported a vehicle missing that triggered a statewide alert. The vehicle was located travelling on Interstate 88. Perry crashed it following a police chase near Exit 23 in Oneonta. He was arraigned on charges of first degree murder and Weapons charges and remanded to the Otsego County Jail without bail.
