Additional Arrest Made in Manley's Robbery

The Broome County Sheriff’s Office has made an additional arrest in connection with the armed robbery this past Saturday evening at the Manley’s gas station located in the Town of Dickinson.
Members of the Broome County Sheriff’s Office arrested Kyle Dixon, 22, after additional information was learned.
Dixon provided another person with the weapon and was the driver of the vehicle used during the commission of the Manley’s robbery.
In addition, the Broome County Sheriff’s Office has been investigating a reported armed robbery of a Papa Johns pizza delivery man in the Town of Chenango which occurred on April 10th.
During this alleged robbery, the victim, Kyle Dixon, reported that he had been robbed by two unknown males; Dixon reported that he had money stolen at gun point.
It has been determined that Dixon did in fact call the police under false pretenses and lie to them about the incident in an effort to cover up that he had lost the money he was to turn over to the manager at Papa Johns Pizza.
Dixon has been charged with felony robbery charges, as well as misdemeanors for making false statements to the police.
