Bail has been set at $50,000 cash bail or $100,000 bond, for 29-year-old Francisco Maysonette. Maysonette has been accused of critically injuring a 44-year-old male victim in a shooting incident which occurred in Johnson City on January 10th. Maysonette has been charged with second degree murder and criminal use of a firearm.
