A Binghamton woman faces drug and other charges after she was stopped by trooper on Delaware Avenue in the town of Union. State police arrested 39-year-old Anna Ahern. She was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, having three or more license suspensions and others counts. She was detained to speak with a judge.
