A Binghamton teenager has been arrested following an investigation into a stabbing last night. 16-year-old Ozzy Kipp has been taken into custody by Binghamton Police. Around 9 o’clock last night, 21-year-old James Silva entered a local hospital with stab wounds to both his shoulder and chest area. Silva was reportedly involved in a dispute that took place near Oak Street and Elm Street. An investigation resulted in the arrest of Kipp, who is being charged with assault in the first-degree. Silva remains in the hospital for treatment. Anyone with further information regarding the incident is asked to contact the Binghamton Police Detectives at 607-772-7080.
