The Broome County Humane Society’s ‘Empty the Shelters’ Event was a huge success. 41 animals were adopted. Twenty-five cats and sixteen dogs. The Event was sponsored by the Bissell Pet Foundation, which paid all fees for the adoptees. Bissell paid fees at seventy-five animal shelters last Saturday.
