A fire that damaged an apartment building last month has been ruled arson. The fire took place at 126 Murray Street in Binghamton on April 6th. Smoke caused heavy damage to the back of the house. The fire was taken care of by crews in 30 to 45 minutes. Police say that while it has been ruled an arson, they currently have no leads or suspects. Binghamton Police are assisting in the investigation.
