Binghamton’s City Court judge Mary Anne Lehmann has announced her retirement in April. Mayor Rich David has now announced the process to appoint a new judge to replace her. The city court judge is a ten-year elected term with an annual salary of $133,000. The Binghamton City Court deals with a number of issues ranging from traffic misdemeanors to commercial claims and evictions. The mayor’s office is now accepting resumes as they search for Lehmann’s replacement.
