A 20-year-old has been caught after selling heroin. The Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force and the Binghamton Police Community Response Team arrested 20-year-old Anthony Devivo, of Binghamton, during a traffic stop in Binghamton Friday. Deputies say Devivo sold 10 envelopes of heroin to another person. He was charged with one count of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, a class B felony.
