Tuesday night, the Johnson City Police have arrested a Binghamton man for felony Aggravated Family Offense, misdemeanor Unlawful Imprisonment, and Harassment. 38-year-old Davear McCloud is alleged to have hit the victim several times in the face and not allowing the victim to leave her apartment on Broad Street. The victim began yelling for help, and a neighbor called police. The victim was taken to Wilson Hospital for treatment of non life-threatening injuries. McCloud was arrested and taken to Central Arraignment and then remanded to the Broome County Jail.
