Binghamton Man Charged After Shooting Another Man in Foot

A Binghamton man is facing charges after he shot another man in the foot. 31-year-old Clyde Harrison is facing felony counts of second-degree criminal possession of a weapon and second-degree assault after it was determined that he had shot another man in the left foot with a handgun on Saturday. The incident allegedly took place near a residence on Abbott Street in Binghamton. The victim had to be hospitalized for emergency treatment. Harrison was arraigned on the charges in Binghamton City Court.
