Binghamton Man Charged with Felony Weapons Violation

On Thursday, the Broome County Special Investigations Unit and the Binghamton Police Department executed a search warrant in the City of Binghamton.
During the search of the apartment members located approximately 30 grams of marijuana and a loaded 9 mm Highpoint semiautomatic handgun.
An occupant of the apartment and the target of the investigation Nadell Robinson, 20, admitted to investigators that he was the owner of the firearm.
Robinson was charged with felony Criminal Possession of a Weapon, a class C Felony, misdemeanor Criminal Possession of a Weapon, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.
He is being held at the Binghamton Police Department lockup, he will be arraigned in the City of Binghamton Court.
